After having performed the update to the Microsoft Outlook application in our client base, we became aware of an issue in which there is an inability to Drag & Drop emails from the inbox to a given folder.
The current work around is to right-click the email, selected either “Move to” or “Copy to”, followed by selecting the destination folder.
Please note that it has been noticed that the email may not completely be removed from the inbox.
The SupportMyMac team is recommending to avoid updating your Microsoft Outlook application for the time being.
We are uncertain when the Drag & Drop feature will be addressed or even if it will be re-implemented into Outlook at all.
